6 February, 2012, London: ITRS Group Ltd, the Carlyle Group-backed leading global provider of predictive, real-time APM (Application Performance Monitoring) technology to the world’s financial community, is excited to announce the appointment of two new non-executive directors.
Richard Berliand, a J.P. Morgan veteran of 25 years, where he most recently ran the Prime Services businesses, and currently a member of the supervisory board of Deutsche Börse AG has agreed to join ITRS as a non-executive director. Richard’s front-office expertise will be invaluable to ITRS as it continues to develop its technology solutions for the financial markets. Richard Berliand commented: “Given the increasing speed and volume of trading and the implications of new regulations, application performance monitoring has become an essential part of operations and risk management. Joining ITRS is a great opportunity for me to apply my experience and network to help ITRS and its clients continue at the cutting edge of the financial markets.”
Alain Gaudeau has agreed to join ITRS as a non-executive director. Alain has had a 20+ year career with J.P. Morgan where he was most recently the Chief Technology Officer of Equity Derivatives, Equity Prop and Cross-IB assets. Consequently, he brings a vast amount of industry and IT experience to the table. Alain Gaudeau commented: “I have worked with Geneos and the people at ITRS for many years and I know that the product and its people are market-leading. I am very excited to have the opportunity to help take the business to the next level of financial technology innovation.
